Q:What if we haven't pre-ordered, yet? When we do, will we still be in the 150,000?

Yes. The whole first printing will be signed. This means all preorders and also all the books that go into stores in the first week after publication (which will now be January 10th).

That said, you could just preorder it now and never have to worry again! :)
