(Also, since people keep asking, this is my treadmill desk. It’s expensive, but it’s supposed to be very reliable, and I find it super-comfortable and sturdy.)

6.5 miles

In the past two days, I ran (or jogged, I suppose) 6.5 miles. This is huge progress from where I was when I got home from tour, but I have a long way to go if I am going to be Toby Turner. (My understanding—and correct me if I am wrong here—is that you get fit and lean and strong enough, you don’t just start looking like Toby Turner. You become Toby Turner. That is my goal.)

I’m trying to think of ways that I can use tumblr to get fit and hold me accountable. Ideas?
